Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms of use ("ToU") govern access to and use of the HARMONY service (AI-assisted software project design and development platform), operated by HARMONY, SIREN 979 496 585, headquartered in Toulouse, France. Access to and use of the service imply full acceptance of these ToU. If you disagree, you must not use the service.
2. Capacity and minimum age
The service is intended for adults (at least 18 years old) or minors with parental consent. By creating an account, you declare that you meet these conditions.
3. Account and responsibility
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity from your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your details up to date. HARMONY reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of breach of these ToU or fraudulent or abusive use.
4. AI-generated content – Ownership and responsibility
Texts, code, mockups and other content generated via the service from your instructions ("Generated content") belong to you. You are the author and responsible under intellectual property and civil law. You are solely responsible for how you use it, distribute it and for its compliance with applicable law (including third-party IP, defamation, unlawful content).
HARMONY claims no ownership of Generated content. We only take a limited license necessary to provide the service (hosting, execution, backup, display) for the duration of your use.
5. Limitation of liability – AI content
The service relies on AI models. Generated results may contain inaccuracies, errors, defects or unsuitable content. HARMONY does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality or fitness of Generated content for any particular use. You use Generated content at your own risk.
HARMONY disclaims all liability for direct or indirect damage arising from the use or distribution of Generated content (including data loss, commercial harm, disputes with third parties, regulatory non-compliance). You must verify, adapt and review all Generated content before any use or production.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the service for illegal, fraudulent, public-order or morality violations, or infringement of third-party rights. Prohibited uses include: generating or distributing unlawful, defamatory or infringing content; circumventing security; overloading or abusing infrastructure; unauthorised reproduction or exploitation of the service (reverse engineering, large-scale data extraction, etc.). Any breach may result in suspension or termination of your account and appropriate action.
7. Subscriptions, payments and refunds
Paid offerings (subscriptions, credits, etc.) are governed by the pricing terms in effect at the time of subscription. Payments are processed by secure providers (including Stripe). By subscribing to a paid offering, you accept the payment and renewal terms presented to you.
Under applicable consumer law in France, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract conclusion for distance contracts. If you exercise this right within that period, you will be refunded under the conditions set by law. To exercise your right of withdrawal: contact@harmony.ceo. After that period, subscriptions and purchases are due; any exceptional refund policy remains at HARMONY's discretion and is not a recurring commitment.
8. Availability and evolution of the service
HARMONY strives to ensure service availability but does not guarantee continuity or error-free operation. The service may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time, subject to ongoing contractual obligations. We recommend that you back up important content.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the service settings or by contacting us. HARMONY may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of the ToU, without prejudice to other remedies. On termination, your access rights end; provisions that by their nature survive (IP, limitation of liability, governing law) remain in effect.
10. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these ToU.
11. Governing law and disputes
These ToU are governed by French law. For any dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may still use consumer mediation and the courts of your residence where the law so provides.
12. Contact and changes
For any question regarding these ToU: contact@harmony.ceo. HARMONY reserves the right to amend the ToU. Changes will be communicated by updating this page and, where appropriate, by notification. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
